Concept Development

The new flavor designs for Wayfarer Drinks Co. were inspired by the brand's adventurous spirit and the natural zest of its sparkling fruit water range. Each design concept reflects a journey tied to the fruit flavor, bringing storytelling into the visuals. For example, "Orange Voyage" represents a whimsical hot air balloon adventure, "Berry Expedition" embodies exploration with a playful climb up a giant strawberry, and "Citrus Horizon" evokes summer escapades on a lemon-shaped boat. These designs aim to connect the vibrant flavors with imagery that encourages discovery and wanderlust, creating a strong emotional connection with the consumer.

 

Visual Identity

The visual identity centers around a cohesive yet playful design language that balances boldness with charm. Using a soft pastel base, accented by vivid oranges, purples, and yellows, the palettes complement each flavor’s distinct character while maintaining consistency across the range. The playful illustrations incorporate dynamic elements like waves, patterns, and iconic fruit-inspired imagery, while the inclusion of sunbursts and dotted clouds adds depth and vibrancy. Typography remains bold yet approachable, with a focus on clean branding that feels both artisanal and modern. The combination of bright colours, quirky illustrations, and carefully chosen typography ensures that the packaging stands out while communicating the refreshing and fun ethos of Wayfarer Drinks Co.
